In 1993 RoadTel began with our first product, the RoadTel phone
card. The RoadTel phone card is a post-paid phone card that one
can use from any phone in the USA, Canada and 100+ foreign countries.
Rates continue to be among the lowest available. (A post paid
phone card is one obtained at no charge. One uses the card and
then one is billed for calls made.)
In 2000, RoadTel entered the Internet Service Provider business
with the SurfBest brand. In 2000, SurfBest was $12.50 per month
when the typical ISP charged $19.95. Currently, SurfBest has more
access numbers than AOL or EarthLink making internet access available
to more people. Customer service satisfaction exceeds 95% based
on user responses to customer service surveys. This is a credit
to the excellent customer service representatives.
In 2007, RoadTel’s Product Evaluation Team approved our
latest service, BrandXCalling.com. BrandX Calling offers a conference calling service that is feature-rich and easy to use. Simply dial the conference number and enter your pin to get connected. We use regular phone service, not VoIP, so there is no loss of quality. There is no time limit per call, with unlimited calling per month. Connect up to 95 participants per call. The service also offers an easy-to-use record and playback feature, in case someone misses the live conference. |
