Just apply online and within seconds your account is set up. Minutes later,
you will receive a Welcome Email with all of your account information,
including access number, PINs and instructions. The instructions are simple:
Dial access number and then enter PIN. Remember, every account starts
with a 30 day free trial..
Do I need to schedule my conference? back to top
No. Your PIN is your unique PIN. BrandXCalling.com allows you to make
as many conference calls as you like whenever you like. No need to reserve
a conference time.
How much does it cost? back to top
Just $19.97 per month for unlimited conference calling. Keep in mind,
if the access number is long distance for you, then your phone company
may charge you long distance charges.

We hate hidden costs as much as you do. There are no hidden costs. We
don’t even charge a setup fee.
How do I host a conference call? back to top
Simply share the conference time, access number and PIN with all call
participants. No reservations needed.
How many people can be on a conference call? back to top
Each call can have 95 people on at one time.
How many simultaneous conferences can I have? back to top
Each account comes with 5 unique PINs allowing your firm to host 5 different
simultaneous conference calls.
How can I increase the volume on the call? back to top
You can access the Help menu by pressing *4 while on a call. Also, you

Will more participants degrade the sound quality of a conference?

No. The number of people on a call does not impact the quality of the
call at all.
Sometimes I hear an echo. What can I do about it?

There are several possibilities as to the cause of echoing.
Having multiple phones dialed into your conference in the same room or general
area;
Using a speaker phone not specifically made for conferencing can create an echoing
effect;
On very rare occasions, having multiple cell phones dialed into your conference
can cause echoes;
Getting a bad connection from your phone to our conference bridge may cause
echoing; In the majority of cases, hanging up and dialing in again will resolve echoing.
If that does not resolve the issue, contact customer service and they will be
happy to trouble-shoot for you
Does my access number and PIN stay the same with each call?

Yes. You always use the same access number and PIN. This is just one of the
ways we have designed the system so that you do not have to reserve a conference
call.
Can the moderator mute all of the participants?

The moderator or presenter can mute all participants by pressing *5. To unmute

Can the call be recorded?

Yes. The moderator can record the call by pressing *9.
How do I retrieve a recorded call?

Just dial your recording access number and enter the recording number. The
recording access number was sent to you with your Welcome Email. If you do not

Can I use your service from outside the United States?

Yes. The access number is just a ‘regular’ phone number. It can
be dialed from anywhere in the world.
