1. Dial your access number.
2. Enter PIN
   a. One Moderator is required per call. Moderator enters Moderator PIN followed by # key.
   b. All (except Moderator) enter Participant PIN followed by # key.

Commands requiring do and undo, like Press 6, just press the same digit again to reverse the command.

Moderator Commands:

Press - Count of participants on call
Press – Exit conference (not required)
Press – Help menu
Press – Presentation mode – mute all listeners
Press – Mute moderator line
Press – Lock conference – prevents additional participants from entering in the middle of the call
Press – Entry tone options – activates and deactivates chimes upon entry and exit of participants
Press – Record

Press – exit conference (not required)
Press – Help menu
Press – Mute line

Call Recording

Only the Moderator may record a call. As the Moderator, enter . You will be prompted for a call recording number. Enter any 1-9 digit number. This number is the call identifier.

Replay Recording

1. Participant dials your replay recording phone number.
NOTE: This is not the same number dialed to get into the conference.
2. Enter the Participant PIN followed by the key.
3. Enter the Call Recording Number followed by the key. This is the 1-9 digit call identifier number referred to above.
